A Word from the HOA President

It's been almost a year since we published the last newsletter but I'm pleased to announce that Megan Connolly and Gracie Roberts are combining their technical and writing skills to work diligently on quarterly newsletters going forward. Newsletters will be published electronically via email and posted on our website.

We will also advertise small local business owned by HOA residents. Please email newsletter_team@theclubatwellspoint.org if you want to market your products or services.

I am also pleased to announce an increased number of community events to bring residents together and I invite you all to join any of the committees by contacting board@theclubatwellspoint.org

Updates on Pool

As we know, the water tower painting effort led to some damage on the surface of our beloved pool. At this time, we have several contractors working on it diligently hoping to have it available on time for the summer.

If you notice anything that needs attention around the amenities please send an email to propertymanager@theclubatwellspoint.org.

Upcoming Events

Ladies Bunco

April 20th, 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm at the Clubhouse

Bunco is a dice game that requires no strategy and no talent. Its only purpose is to bring ladies together for a night of fun and healthy entertainment. Please plan to stop by to meet other women in the neighborhood. Mingling starts at 6pm and the games start at 7pm. Bring a dish or an appetizer to share and $10.00 to play. You will be glad you did!

Neighborhood Garage Sale

April 22, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

Just in time for Spring Cleaning!

Please gather all gently used household items and gently used clothes, set your stuff out and plan to make some money. Community garage sales tend to draw much bigger crowds. The HOA will place the signs ahead of time and you don’t have to do your own advertisement. This is also a great opportunity to walk around and meet your neighbors!

Please visit our social event calendar for a complete list of social events through the end of 2023.
